Looking Ahead
With another summer season upon us the island sourced, culinary experiences are limitless. Now that John has a farm he is one step closer to delivering the freshest and most local ingredients.
This summer we will be executing large parties, private dinners, farm tours, whole animal cooking demonstrations... We are looking forward to the flavors and adventures the island has in store for us this upcoming season.
While catering has been a new chapter in John’s life, the idea of running his own restaurant is on the table.
